Requirements for Issuance of Pakistani Passport
General
:
- Pakistanis whose Passport validity has expired or have six months
or less validity period, may apply for fresh 5-years validity
Passport in lieu of their current Passports.

Pakistanis whose Passport have exhausted and have no more blank
pages due to endorsement of visa stickers, entry/exit stamps etc.
may also apply for issuance of new Passport booklet for the remaining
validity period of their current Passports, in case they have more
than 6 months remaining validity.
Documents
required:
- Completely filled in passport application forms.
- Original and photocopy (first two pages) of current passport.
- Original and photocopy of computerized National Identity Card
or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
- Residence Permit in case of Pakistanis residing in China.
- Valid Visa for China in case of Pakistanis visiting China.
- Four latest photographs not more than six months old.
Issuance
of Passport in lieu of lost Passport:
- Completely filled in Passport Application Forms.
- Photocopy of lost Passport (first 2 pages).
- Original and Photocopy of Computerized National Identity Card
or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
- Residence permit in case of Pakistanis residing in China.
- Confirmed return ticket to Pakistan in case of Pakistanis visiting
China.
- Original Police Report for loss of Passport.
- Four latest photographs not more than 6 months old.
Please note :
The fees schedule for lost Passport may be noted from the Fee
Chart displayed in the Embassy.
A limited validity passport would be issued in lieu of lost passport
not issued by the Embassy of Pakistan Beijing. Confirmation would
be obtained from the original passport issuing authority upon receipt
of which the passport could be extended to the full remaining validity
of the lost passport.
Full validity passports can only be issued in lieu of lost passports
having six months or less remaining validity, after receipt of confirmation
from the original issuing authority.
Endorsement of child on Mother¨s Passport:
- Filled in application Form C.

Original photocopy of parents' marriage certificate.
- Original and photocopy of first two pages of mother's passport.
- Original and photocopy of father's passport.

Original birth Certification and a photocopy.

Original & copy of parents' National Identity Card (NICOP)/ID
Card.
