for issuance of Pakistan Visa to Chinese nationals
General.Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports
of the People's Republic of China do not require visa for visit
and stay in Pakistan for upto one month.

Fee: There is No Visa Fee for Passport
Holders of the People's Republic of China for any type of visa.
Documents
Required
1.
Tourist/Visit Visa

Completely filled in Visa Application Form.

Copy of Chinese Residence Card.

Two latest photographs of the applicant not more than 6 months old.

Invitation letter from Pakistan.

Letter from tourist agency confirming travel and stay arrangements
in Pakistan.

Document indicating financial position of the applicant.

Letter from the applicant's employer indicating issuance of leave
for travel to Pakistan.

In case of self-employed applicant, request on Letterhead of the
applicant's company/firm for issuance of visa.

Return air ticket or evidence for adequate arrangement for travel
by road.
2.
Business Visa
- Completely filled in Visa Application Form and supplementary form for business visa applicants.
- Copy of Chinese Residence Card.
- Invitation Letter from Pakistani company.
- Recommendation Letter from the concerned Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Pakistan .
- Letter from the Chinese Company to which the applicant belongs, elaborating reason for visit and requesting issuance of visa.
- Recommendation from the concerned Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China .
- Documents indicating financial position of the Chinese company.
- Return air ticket or evidence for adequate arrangement for travel by road.
Visa On Arrival(VOA) NON-Reporting to the Foreign Investors/Businessmen
Genuine Businessmen from China will be allowed Visa On Arrival (VOA) NON-Reporting for 30 days on production of any of the following documents:
- Recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the respective
country of the foreigner.
- Invitation letter from business organization duly
recommended by the concerned Trade Organization/Association in Pakistan
.
- Recommendatory letter by Investor Counsellor of
the Board of Investment posted at Mission abroad.
To extend facility of Visa on Arrival to Businessmen/Investors,
'Visa Facilitation Desks' have been functioning at the airports
in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar since 1 February,
2005.
3. Student Visa
- Admission offer letter from the academic institution/university concerned in Pakistan .
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministries of Education and Interior of Pakistan. (In case the NOCs are not available with the student, the Embassy would refer the case to the concerned Ministries of Pakistan to seek their clearance prior to issuance of visa. This may take more than a month.)
-Evidence of financial support for studies in Pakistan .
- Air ticket or evidence of adequate arrangement for travel by road.
- No Objection Certificate from the local community Education Bureau of the Student's domicile area.
- In case of Muslim students intending to study in Pakistan , original recommendation letter from the China Islamic Association would also be required.
ENTRY VISA FOR STUDENTS OF DEENI MADARIS
Entry Visa for students of Deeni Madaris will be
granted after clearance from Pakistan and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their home government.
